Tile Wizard

Tile Wizard helps with the tedious parts of tileset creation that I didn't see any editors provide. Snap hand-drawn shapes to a perfect grid with the Curve Aligner, or reduce duplicate tiles with the Tile Merger.

Fair warning: it's 63MB because Python packs all its dependencies. This is part of my ongoing series of weekly projects where I build something new each week.
