Tile Wizard v 0.2

Hi everyone

I made some fixes and updates to Tile Wizard.

• I removed the second useless tab and improved the first tab. Now it deforms the whole image
• A button on the first tab that takes the aligner's output directly into the tile merger's input
•  Quantization in the tile merger, making merged tiles much more usable 
• Pan and zoom functionality for images 
• Progress popups for time-consuming operations, so users know the program is processing, not frozen
