Updates

Thanks to mecha_zone on the SGDK discord server for all the suggestions and feedback. Here's what's new on this version:

• New default settings: tile size is 8x8 and auto update is off on both tabs
• Zoom and pan have been fixed (it was jerky) and added to all panels
• Palette of indexed PNG files are now preserved when saved, in the same order
• Improved (fixed, really) the compression calculation
• Put some personal links in the about page
